Charlotte’s story.
But Charlotte had her own clear vision of the life she wanted. She dreamed of days filled with simple joys – going shopping, catching a film at the cinema, enjoying holidays and outings, laughing with friends, discovering new things, and learning as much as she could. Most of all, she longed to
live a life that had value and meaning whilst being as independent as possible. Charlotte’s determination and clear sense of what she wanted showed that with the right support, she could lead a rich, fulfilling life on her own terms.
Engage Care & Support is born.
Inspired by Charlotte’s vision of living life on her own terms, Engage Norfolk was built on the principles of inclusion, autonomy, and individuality. Our collaborative approach encourages positive risk-taking, celebrates each person’s uniqueness, and meets their needs to the highest standards, helping every individual create a life that truly reflects who they are. And from this vision, something even bigger began to grow…
