Person-centred support for individuals across West Norfolk with learning disabilities, autism, and any associated conditions

How it works

We’ve kept our process simple so you can gain access to quality care and support effortlessly.

Don’t just live life, Engage with it! Want to find out more?

Six easy steps towards getting the support you deserve…

We’ve created a simple, supportive approach that makes it easier for anyone – whether a child with learning disabilities or an older adult living with dementia – to access the care they deserve with dignity and confidence.

By keeping things clear, responsive, and personal, we help families navigate our services without overwhelm. Every individual feels valued, understood, and empowered to shape their own journey, with us walking alongside them every step of the way.

Get in touch with the team.

Reach out by phone, email, or our enquiry form – whatever feels easiest. We’ll listen, learn about your situation, and guide you through the first steps with no pressure and no obligation.

A friendly phone call.

We’ll take time to understand your needs, goals, and what a good life looks like for you or your loved one. This is a relaxed, friendly conversation designed to give you space to ask questions and explore what support could look like.

A relaxed in-person chat.

A member of our team will meet you in person to build a fuller picture of your routines, preferences, and aspirations. This helps us shape a support plan that feels natural, comfortable, and truly personal.

Meet your team.

We’ll introduce you to the people who will be working alongside you. We take great care to match individuals with a consistent, well-trained team who understand your needs and make you feel safe, supported, and at ease.

Your support begins.

Once everything is in place, your personalised care plan starts. We work at your pace, focusing on confidence, independence, and meaningful daily living – whether at home, out in the community, or at our hub.

Regular reviews & ongoing support.

Your needs may change, and that’s completely okay. We stay in close contact, reviewing your plan and making adjustments so your support always fits your life. We’re with you for the long run.

What makes Engage Care & Support different?

Compassionate, personalised support that puts you first.

Person-centred care.

We put people – not processes – at the heart of everything we do.

At Engage, we know that no two people are the same. Every individual has their own story, strengths, and goals, and your support should reflect that. We take the time to listen and work closely with you, your family, and relevant professionals to shape bespoke care that respects your choices, celebrates your individuality, and supports you to live life your way.

Training.

Empowering our team, so they can empower you.

Quality support starts with a highly skilled, confident, and compassionate team. Our bespoke training framework ensures every staff member receives in-depth, up-to-date training in learning disability support, autism awareness, positive behaviour reinforcement, safeguarding, and person-centred approaches.

This commitment to excellence means you receive consistent, safe, and truly personalised care from people who understand your needs and know how to support you to thrive.

Matching staff.

Building trusting relationships through the right support match.

Great care only works when it feels right. That’s why we carefully match every individual with support workers who complement their personality, communication style, and support needs. This tailored approach helps build trust, comfort, and long-lasting relationships – the foundations of confident, independent living. We also support positive risk-taking, helping you explore new opportunities, learn new skills, and live as fully and freely as possible, with the right team beside you every step of the way.

Our vision.

We envision a world where individuals with additional needs live meaningful, self-directed lives – guided by choice, independence, and the confidence to take positive risks. We’re proud to champion social care as a respected and vital profession.
